Environment Canada Flex Program

Environment Canada has developed an agenda similar to that of the FLEX program put in place by the EPA in the U.S. It’s purpose is to offset the cost of replacing vehicle engines that no longer meet new compliance standards and regulations by allowing OEMs to sell off defunct machines.

The ECO team has developed guidance documents and supporting infrastructure specific to this program. This efficient process will allow ease of transition in meeting these new requirements. It will reduce your workload and increase your ability to run your business smoothly.
